Expectant/New Parent Assistance
Provides educational and health services to children of primarily low-income families. The children receive nutritious meals, breakfast and snacks. Parents are involved in program planning, operating activities, and are eligible to receive cash incentives for completing a GED.

Home Based Parenting Education
Class sessions for 3 year olds, 4 year olds, and Pre-K program. Curriculum is bias-free and developmentally appropriate. Focus is on child's social, emotional, physical, and intellectual needs. Each classroom has a teacher and teacher assistant with a maximum of 16 students.
Head Start is a federally funded program that serves children (ages 3-5) and pregnant women, offering a school readiness program plus comprehensive services to children and their families who meet income guidelines.
Activities and programs include: - Aquatics. - Visual arts. - Before and after school child care. - Summer camp. - Fitness and wellness. - Youth sports. - Preschool.
Preschool for children ages 3 to 5 years old from income-eligible families. Two options are available: - Full-Day Sessions (limited spaces available): Mon-Fri: 9:00 am - 3:00 pm, 10 months per year. - KEYS Session: 6:30 am - 5:30 pm, 12 months per year.
Bright Horizons's preschool program includes Independent, teacher-directed, and small-group activities that encourage investigation, exploration, and discovery.
Family Focus offers a comprehensive preschool program promotes school readiness, and provides nutritious meals and free medical and dental services. The teachers are accredited, and their seven state-of-the-art classrooms are filled with educational toys and learning tools, featuring age-appropriate centers for science, literacy, block building and construction, dramatic play and clay, paint, sand, and water exploration.
Schaumburg Park District has preschool centers are located at Pat Shephard Center, Meineke Recreation Center, and Bock Neighborhood Center.
Little Learners Daycare provides toddler care, preschool, kindergarten, and summer camp.

Chinese American Service League - Child Development Center offers formal education for children age 2 to 5 years old. CDC uses a research-based curriculum, the Creative Curriculum, which includes daily educational experiences in early language, literacy, math, and science as well as art, music and physical activities.
