P.A.C.E. is a Title 1 Preschool offered by the Waynesville R-VI Schools at two locations: East Elementary 573-774-9997 and Williams Elementary. Children receive three hours of classroom instruction in either morning or afternoon sessions, four days a week. (Monday - Thursday) Each classroom of 12 students is lead by a certified teacher and a para-professional. CAPACITY No Restrictions
BabyU Program: offers parent education to families with children prenatal through kindergarten.
Beyond School is an expanded learning opportunity that provides students at partner schools with academic support, social/emotional learning, mentoring, and enrichment opportunities.
Little Blue Bookshelf program provides free books to children and families in order to increase literacy and positive adult/child interaction. The Little Blue Bookshelves provide books as a positive experience in places where children are often faced with negative or stressful situations. Each bookshelf is stocked with gently used and new books donated by community members.

Offers bilingual early childhood education program for parents and children under age five. Meets in-person two times per week. Also includes the following support services: - Developmental screening - Family planning education - Parenting support - Home visits by a trained support worker - Support groups for grandparents raising grandchildren - Referrals to health care providers, community services, and collaborating agencies
Provides in-home support services to help prepare children under the age of three for preschool. Provides activities and education to ensure the child meets developmental milestones. Also offers monthly group classes for participants and prenatal classes for pregnant mothers.
Elmhurst Park District offers a variety of early childhood education and enrichment programs that are intentionally designed for children ages birth through five years. Their programs allow children to progress from taking a class with a parent or caregiver to taking classes independently. Early childhood instructors have a background in early childhood education and are CPR/AED certified.
Coordinated Intake is a collaborative process that provides families with a single point of entry for home visiting programs within a community. Trained Coordinated Intake workers serve as a hub for home visiting by assessing families' needs, referring them to an appropriate home visiting program, and tracking what happens to the referrals. Coordinated intake is a strategy to increase access to home visiting and other high-quality early childhood services, and to address the fragmentation and make better connections among service providers and systems.

The Center serves parents of, and professionals who work with, young children with special needs through STAR NET Region II, including North and West Suburban Cook, DuPage, Kane, Lake, and McHenry counties in Illinois. Services include a broad range of resources and information for parents and professionals, including workshops, on-site presentations, technical assistance, and funding for training.

SGA, by way of funding through Start Early, offers Early Head Start and Head Start programs. They use the 'Parents as Teachers' home-based curriculum, which focuses on motor coordination, language and literacy, and social-emotional and cognitive learning through an individualized approach. Services include parent workshops on childcare, health, and transitioning to kindergarten, as well as weekly group socializations and field trips.

Early Childhood Professional Learning (ECPL) provides a broad range of early childhood professional development and support services through its program. The Early Childhood Developmental Enrichment Center (ECDEC) and FIND Prevention Initiative provide infant and toddler home visits and preschool to more than 1,200 at-risk families in the northwest Cook County (Illinois) region.
