RVC offers 4 degrees, (Associate of Arts, Associate in Science, Associate in Engineering Science, and Associate in Applied Science), and over two dozen certificates.

These programs aim to support adults who have interrupted formal schooling or need to raise their level of education to increase self-confidence and prepare for an occupation.
