Hanul Family Alliance currently offers virtual citizenship classes and mock interviews to individuals preparing for the citizenship interview. The class focuses on Civics (100 questions), Reading, Writing, and basic English skills necessary when going over the application form during the interview. Mock interviews are available for Hanul clients and/or students with interview dates coming up.

National Latino Education Institute (NLEI) offers ESL courses designed to address the English as a Second Language and Citizenship needs of Latinos residing in and around Chicago's South Side neighborhoods. English as a Second Language (ESL) are individual classes that provide instruction for students whose primary language is other than English.Citizenship classes are offered to help students acquire the basic knowledge in the Constitution and U.S. History necessary to satisfy citizenship requirements. Indo-American Center provides an immigration and citizenship program to assist them in studying for and passing the English and Civics tests required to become a U.S. citizen.
Chinese Mutual Aid Association (CMAA) offers free citizenship education for individuals preparing for the United States' naturalization interview. In class, students learn about U.S. history and government to prepare for the 100 Civics questions as well as practice the English language skills necessary for the interview. Class participants must pass an English test before enrolling in the class.
