The BOOST re-entry program enrolls participants age 18+ who are currently incarcerated in, or returning to, Woodbury County, and are set for release in 20-180 days. Participants being released will come from Woodbury County Jail, Woodbury County Electronic Monitoring, and Iowa Department of Corrections 3rd Judicial (RTF). The goal of this program is to help these participants gain employability and reduce recidivism.

The High School Equivalency Diploma (HSED) is an alternative credential to a high school diploma for adults. Offers standards-based classes to prepare students for the High School Equivalency Diploma.

Adult High School Diploma Programs
Collaborative effort by the six Rock Island County public secondary school systems, Black Hawk College, the Regional Superintendent of Schools, and Youth Service Bureau to provide educational alternatives for truant and dropout youth. Students may earn high school credits leading to a diploma or prepare for GED testing. Classes are offered at the Outreach Center and the Black Hawk College Adult Learning Center. Supportive services include personal and vocational counseling, teen parent programs, and bus tickets.

Chicago Public Schools Back to Our Future (B2OF) Program is to re-engage youth that have been disconnected from CPS district schools and connect them back to CPS schools or other education completion opportunities. We will work with the disconnected youth to help them successfully participate in programming, succeed academically, gain earning power, heal from trauma and become less prone to violence and violent activity.
The Education Lab, in partnership with Liberty High School, provides an opportunity for young adult members of the community to complete classes and earn a high school diploma. At the Center, classes offer one-on-one tutoring, feedback, and support to help young people achieve their educational goals.

Offer opportunity to complete high school diploma while training for a technical career. Offers the following on-campus benefits for students: - Housing - Basic medical care - Meals - Books and supplies - Living allowance - Training clothing - Supportive community - Child care Program graduates will receive transitional support services to find employment, housing, and transportation.

Participants earn a stipend while receiving job training for a career in the construction industry.
