The STEAM DREAM Initiative will support training for and implementing three respected programs that develop important STEM skills. The Engineering is Elementary (EiE) and FUSE Studio programs develop students' understanding of engineering processes and their ability to apply scientific knowledge and critical thinking skills to particular challenges.

Identifies, helps, and retains low-income students who demonstrate the ability to succeed, yet are at risk of dropping out of high school. Upon completion of the "Stay 4" criteria, high school graduation, and enrollment in the U.S. military, a trade school, community college, or four-year university, students will be awarded a monetary grant to support their continuing educational efforts.

Assists students who are lacking high school credits, for a variety of reasons, earn course credits toward high school graduation.

Truant Alternative Optional Education Program: Provides counseling, referrals and alternative schooling to individuals who have not complete high school.
