Educational and residential programs for children and youth who are Deaf/Blind in the 3 to 21-year-old age group, as well as technical assistance for deaf-blind individuals across Illinois.

Provides three specialized instructional programs: BD/ED, Autism, Developmental Disabilities to students with IEP's. Students are referred by their respective member districts. Parents are collaborative IEP team members. Placement and student progress are reviewed annually.
