In response to the COVID-19 crisis, offering telehealth group opportunities via Google Hangouts/Meet for students and parents to promote parent involvement in helping children succeed in school. Content/topics include but are not limited too
Read From The Start: Foster and promote parents and caregivers reading to their children and distribute children books to the parents,caregivers. The program is sponsored by the Missouri Humanities Council.
The program offers the following free services to eligible students: professional tutoring, supplemental instruction (peer tutoring), advising, lunch workshops (topics include study skills, time management, and financial literacy), scholarship assistance, cultural events such as museum and theater visits, and a student parent support group.

Academic assistance program funded through TRIO Grants by the U.S. Department of Education. The program is designed for low-income, first-generation college students or students with a disability. Participants will have the opportunity to meet with their TRIO/SSS advisor once a month, and are encouraged to participate in one of the various program activities each month.
