Offers no-cost health screenings for diabetes, high blood pressure, cholesterol, depressive symptoms, and food insecurity. Also provide awareness, education and support as well as glucometers and blood pressure machines to those that need it to monitor their numbers.

- Treatment for acute illnesses and injuries

- Annual flu shots

Provides information and services related to health and wellness topics, including heart health, cholesterol, blood pressure screening, smoking cessation, diabetes, obesity, and physical activity. Offers blood pressure screenings to identify individuals at risk for hypertension-related conditions, cholesterol and triglycerides tests to assess cardiovascular health, and hypoglycemia screenings to detect blood sugar deficiencies. Additionally, provides diabetes management support, including education on self-management skills, dietary planning, exercise, and prevention of complications. Health education presentations are also available for local schools.

Provides clinical services that include blood pressure screenings, head lice screenings, lead screenings, TB testing, and travel consultations. 

Offers free blood pressure screenings.

Provides blood pressure screenings and lead poisoning screenings to residents of Greene County. 

Offers diabetes screening, drug and alcohol testing, TB testing (except Thu), urine pregnancy tests, physicals for school, sports, well child, adult, pre-employment. lead poisoning screening, dental care, blood pressure screening and immunizations.

Participants will receive their results immediately after completing the screening. No additional information is required for the screenings. If a health problem is found, the client is referred to the nearest available health clinic.
