Through the Illinois Breast and Cervical Cancer Program, women 40 years of age and older who are uninsured or underinsured can receive clinical breast exams, mammography, and a pap smear.
Serves as health center with variety of outpatient services. Provides Pediatric Services, Women's Health Services, Primary Care Services, and Dental Services. Pediatric Health Services: Provides complete care to children from birth to age 18. Services include: developmental assessments, hearing and dental screening as well as basic vision testing, and immunizations, and lead testing. Women's Health Services: Provides a wide range of outpatient comprehensive services for women of all ages. Services include counseling, prenatal, and gynecological care. Primary Care Services: Offers a broad spectrum of personal and community services directed at individuals and families of all races, genders and ages who are unable to access the private medical sector. Dental Care Services: Provides primary dental care for children and adults. Services include: dental exams, cleaning, and referrals to Orthodontics.
ACCESS Community Health Network operates a number of Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) that provide reproductive healthcare services including: STI testing, birth control and emergency contraception, pregnancy testing, condoms, HPV vaccines, and cancer screenings.

Provides mammograms, breast exams, pelvic exams, Pap tests and education on self breast exams to eligible women. Treatment options are available if screening results in diagnosis. Women who have already been diagnosed with cancer may receive treatment if they qualify.

Comprehensive reproductive health center providing prenatal and family planning (birth control) services. Other services include free pregnancy testing for women of any age, testing/treatment of sexually transmitted diseases for males and females, hormone replacement therapy, sterilization, education programs on sexual responsibility, female camp, school and sport physicals, and annual examinations for adult women. Bus tokens may be available for those with transportation needs.

Currently enrolling Iowa women in a program that provides free birth control services to those who have no insurance and meet income qualifications. Can provide long acting reversible birth control to any woman who medically qualifies for little to no out-of-pocket expense.

Teen pregnancy prevention program addresses questions relating to sexuality issues such as pregnancy, abstinence, birth control methods, and sexually-transmitted diseases. Anyone may request a free Teen Pack or Parent Pack, which include information on teen parenting, communication, birth control methods, and sexually transmitted diseases.

The Care For Yourself Program provides clinical breast examinations, mammograms, pap tests, surgical consultation, diagnostic testing for women whose screening outcome is abnormal, heart disease screenings are also available to a limited number of participants.

Services include cholesterol, blood pressure, and blood glucose testing and height and weight measurements.

Health screening programs offers regular testing for breast and cervical cancer, heart disease, and diabetes screening for women ages 40-74. Includes pelvic exam, pap test, clinical breast exam, screening mammogram, blood pressure check, cholesterol check, blood sugar check, and health and wellness information.

If there is a problem (such as a breast lump or an abnormal Pap test) that needs to be diagnosed, or to find out the cause, breast and cervical diagnostic services may be available for women ages 18-74.

State Pap Plus program offers STD screening (age 18+), pap tests (ages 21-29), and cervical cancer screenings (ages 30-39).

The program also offers colon cancer screening tests to Nebraska men and women who are 50 years and over, who meet income and insurance guidelines.
