Provides eye exams and hearing screenings to individuals in the community who need assistance. Accepts donations of old glasses and hearing aids.

Offers eye exams at no cost and glasses to those in need. Adults can only receive assistance once every two years, children may only receive assistance once every year.

Offers the following services:
- Primary Medical Care: Annual physicals, care of chronic illnesses, sick visits and help preventing illness
- Women's Health: Pregnancy testing, PAP smear, breast examinations, mammogram referrals. Gynecologist is available for complex needs
- Diabetes Management: Lifestyle changes and medication to manage insulin
- Weigh Control: With nutrition, exercise, and coaching
- COVID-19 Testing: Rapid antigen testing available
- Blood Pressure Reduction: Manage high blood pressure with lifestyle changes and medication
- Laboratory Tests: Blood, urine, and stool tests
- Cardiology: A cardiologist is available for patients with complex heart conditions
- Vision Care: Eye health and glasses prescriptions
- Stop Smoking: Preventing smoking by medication and changes in lifestyle
- Fatty Liver Disease Control: Checking liver for damage and become healthier with exercise and nutrition
- Exercise Training: Developing a healthy home exercise routine.
- Immunizations

Provides health screenings to medically underserved minority populations:

-- Blood Pressure and Glucose.

-- Back-to-School Physicals.

-- Hearing and Vision Examinations.

-- Diabetes/Cholesterol.

-- Oral Health Screenings.

-- A1C Screenings.

Participants will receive their results immediately after completing the screening. No additional information is required for the screenings. If a health problem is found, the client is referred to the nearest available health clinic.

Screening services are provided to area preschools and, upon request, to public and private schools for school age children. Hearing screening is also available for adults.
