Serves as health center with variety of outpatient services. Provides Pediatric Services, Women's Health Services, Primary Care Services, and Dental Services. Pediatric Health Services: Provides complete care to children from birth to age 18. Services include: developmental assessments, hearing and dental screening, basic vision testing, immunizations, and lead testing. Women's Health Services: Provides a wide range of outpatient comprehensive services for women of all ages. Services include counseling, prenatal, and gynecological care. Primary Care Services: Offers a broad spectrum of personal and community services directed at individuals and families of all races, genders and ages who are unable to access the private medical sector. Dental Care Services: Provides primary dental care for children and adults, including: Dental Exams, Cleaning, Dentures, Digital X-rays, Fillings, Simple Extractions, Dental Sealants, Referrals to Orthodontics and Specialty Care, WIC Client Dental Screenings, School Dental Screenings, and Care for Pregnant Patients. (Payment for specialty care will be the responsibility of the patient.

Provides screening, investigation, education, referral, and treatment of active and passive tuberculosis cases.
Screenings of different kinds available: - Lead poisoning. - Tuberculosis.
Tuberculosis screening and treatment for persons confirmed with active tuberculosis and preventative services for persons who have been exposed to TB but do not have an active disease.
TB skin testing is done at each public health clinic. Nurses investigate contacts of all active cases. A range of services are offered including physician referrals and obtaining sputum specimens. Nurses at each office can help with testing and treatment.
Services offered are: - Diabetes screening. - Drug and alcohol testing. - TB testing (except Thu). - Urine pregnancy tests. - Physicals (school, sports, well child, adult, pre-employment). - Lead poisoning screening. - Blood pressure screening.

Provides outpatient skin-testing, x-rays as needed, diagnosis, and treatment of tuberculosis. Also provides investigation and follow up for other infectious diseases such as food borne illnesses, measles, pertussis, and more.
Monitors for and notifies of conditions and diseases that could impact the public health. Provides guidance and education to the community on how to prevent and control the spread of communicable diseases. Works with healthcare providers, schools, long-term care facilities, and other partners to monitor for communicable diseases, including vaccine-preventable diseases. Programs: - Communicable disease. - STI prevention and control. - HIV case managment with Illinois HIV Care Connect. Communicable Disease: - Receives disease reports for communicable diseases and conducts contact investigations. STI Prevention and Control: - Receives disease reports for sexually transmitted infections (STIs/STDs) and conducts contact investigations. - Provides prevention education and resources to the community. - Assists impacted individuals with notification of partners. - STI counselor provides understanding about infection and links to treatment. HIV Case Management with Illinois HIV Care Connect: - Provides case management and supportive services to those living with HIV. Services for the Public: - Free condoms. - Testing and treatment for HIV and STIs (HIV Care Connect - medical case management, testing and treatment, assistance informing partners and getting them in treatment, PrEP). - Guidance and resources on: preventing communicable disease, handwashing, immunizations/vaccination, when and how to isolate or quarantine when needed, what to do if a bat is found in house or individual is bitten by a wild animal. - Preventing STIs/STDs (request a sexual health presentation, screening and treatment). - Common communicable diseases including vaccine preventable diseases (request a presentation on a current disease). - Staying healthy when traveling.
