- Wellness programs such as, guided meditation, yoga, Healing Kitchen, etc.
- Salon/spa programs, complementary therapies such as, massages, facials, reflexology, reiki, etc.
- Education and information.
- Support groups.
- Wigs are provided to all cancer patients free of charge.

BBO-C is a statewide program (outside the City of Chicago) that provides pregnant and parenting clients with direct, comprehensive, nursing assessments and assistance to connect and engage with desired services and understand the importance of a medical home.
Nurse Navigator's provide nursing assessments and any immediate nursing interventions necessary to dyads (pregnant and postpartum individuals and their infants), helping to connect families to the needed supports available in their community during in-person visits. Nurses are required to conduct the initial pregnancy visit and initial postpartum visit for this program and are expected to follow up as indicated using clinical discretion. Non-nurse navigators may provide follow-up at the discretion of the nurse for collaborating with each family to identify and mitigate barriers to accessing desired supports and services.

Provides a variety of education programs to better the health of the community. Many of these programs are funded through grants, and are offered at little or no cost to the residents.
Programs include:
-- Sexual Health Education: Provides Making Proud Choices! (CUPHD's age-appropriate, comprehensive sex education programming) and sexual health resources
-- Tobacco Initiatives: Provides a Youth Tobacco Prevention, Smoke-Free Illinois Act Enforcement, and Tobacco Prevention Coalition programs. Also provides information regarding the health effects of e-cigarettes
-- Community Health Resources: Provides the Germ Busters, Worksite Wellness, Physical Activity and Active Transportation, and Period Product Drive programs. Also provides information regarding statistics and policies related to chronic diseases and obesity
