Arthur C. Nielsen, Jr. Campus in Northfield operates a Lending Closet from which people can borrow durable medical equipment. The Lending Closet is particularly useful for older adults who are recovering at home after surgery or illness. Items can be borrowed for a period of three months. Extended borrowing periods can sometimes be accommodated, if inventory permits.
Clinicians are available at all hours by phone to answer questions and dispatch someone to the bedside, if necessary. Medical equipment and medications are delivered to the home a well, and respite care provides up to 5 days of Medicare-certified inpatient care for a hospice patient so that family members can take a break from their caregiving duties to relax, unwind, recharge, travel, recover from an illness or attend other events.

Angelcare and Medical Equipment Supply provides the basic medical supplies such as band-aids, washing solution, thermometers, dressings, gauze, etc.
