Incidental Medical Expense Assistance
Provides financial assistance for travel to and from the dialysis facility.
Provides financial assistance for eligible individuals following an accident or illness commencing after December 31, 1980, resulting in of the individual not being able to perform normal activity without the care of a licensed physician.
Provides assistance to family members who need housing, while a loved one is hospitalized for his or her burn injuries. Resources are available for individuals who have sustained burns and are being treated in a St. Louis, Missouri hospital.
Provides financial assistance to families who have children with special needs. Assistance may include funds for medical equipment, travel for medical appointments and hospital and therapy bills.
