Provides a safe place for at-risk and homeless youth (age 16-24) to connect with services. Services include street outreach, drop-in services, daily meals, emergency beds, an art studio, computer lab and mental health counseling options.

The center can also connect youth and young adults with additional YSS supportive housing programs, such as Lighthouses, Transitional Living Program, and Rapid Re-housing.

The Well of Mercy provides transitional housing for single mothers and pregnant women. Within the shelter, residents are provided with counseling and group support, career mentoring, and work opportunities.

The Harbour's Successful Teens/Effective Parents program provides gradually declining rent assistance as parent and child live in their own apartment, parenting & childcare related support and training in parenting skills, and counseling & case management focused on the specific needs of pregnant/parenting youth. This program is geared towards pregnant and parenting youth in dire need of service.
