LSSI's Developmental Training Center is a welcoming and warm environment that fosters personal achievement through interactive, hands-on "active" treatment. The goal is for each client to develop the skills, behaviors, and attitudes essential to living as independently as possible. LSSI's Developmental Training Center offers structured learning where staff provide positive reinforcement and repetitive practice through real life interactions.The Developmental Training Center is located on the campus of Shady Oaks, in Homer Glen, Illinois.

Provides 24-hour residential and vocational services to persons with developmental disabilities and/or mental health diagnoses and provides residential foster care services for children under age 19.

North Center provides an adult day training program for clients for as long as it is needed, regardless of their skill levels. Physical, speech therapy, social work and nursing services are available when necessary. North Center's Adult Day Service Program is funded by the Department of Human Services, private funds, and donations. The program serves individuals with developmental disabilities. Their staff works with clients and their families/guardians to help them develop individual Service Plans that will meet their specific needs.

Autism Therapy
CTF Illinois Community Day Services are weekday programs that provide a structured learning environment for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities to acquire new skills while increasing interaction with their peers and community. The focus of Community Day Services (CDS) is on learning new skills, based on individual abilities and interests while having fun. Skill development is offered in the areas of sensory enhancement, independent living, communication, vocational, academic, recreation and leisure, wellness, and social skills.
Individuals will be supported in maintaining and enhancing their intellectual functioning in a structured environment.

Clearbrook's PAL Program is an innovative partnership between families, service providers, and the community. PAL provides opportunities for continued learning for young adults over 18 years of age with developmental disabilities and physical challenges who have graduated out of the school system. Participants of PAL attend the program five days a week and enjoy community-based experiences through volunteer opportunities, educational experiences, and recreational activities. An array of assistive technology and communication devices are utilized in the program.

Envision Unlimited offers Day and Employment programs at seven Chicago-area locations. Day Programs offer individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) the opportunity to engage in their community, develop support groups outside of the family, as well as provide an environment to cultivate personal interests and vocational skills.Their centers frequently have evening and weekend events in addition to standard service hours. The goal is to offer a variety of programming to build capacity in their program participants with an emphasis on social impact and community inclusion.
