Christian Community Health Center (CCHC) is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) whose Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program provides comprehensive HIV/AIDS-related services for individuals who do not have adequate health care coverage or financial resources for coping with HIV/AIDS. Their multidisciplinary team is committed to providing the highest standard of confidentiality and culturally appropriate patient-centered care.
PrimeCare Health Community Health Centers are Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC) whose HIV Prevention Program (HPP) team can help with full STI and HIV testing, PrEP, and PEP prescriptions to prevent the transmission of HIV, and free condoms. Also, linkage to care and medication assistance to receive medication for free.

Serves as a health center with a variety of outpatient services. Provides Pediatric Services, Women's Health Services, Primary Care Services, STI/HIV Program Services and Gender Health Services. Pediatric Health Services: Provides complete care to children from birth to age 18. Services include: developmental assessments, hearing and dental screening as well as basic vision testing, and immunizations, and lead testing. Women's Health Services: Provides a wide range of outpatient comprehensive services for women of all ages. Services include counseling, prenatal, and gynecological care. Primary Care Services: Offers a broad spectrum of personal and community services directed at individuals and families of all races, genders and ages who are unable to access the private medical sector. STI/HIV Services: Provide sexually transmitted infections (STI) and HIV prevention services. Services include: testing, treatment, and free condoms and other safe sex supplies. Dental Care Services: Provides primary dental care for children and adults. Services include: dental exams, cleaning, and referrals to Orthodontics.
