Topics include: - Advance directives. - End-of-life issues. - Making plans to provide care for a loved one with a terminal illness. - Grief and loss issues. - Understanding palliative care vs. curative treatment.

Supportive care offers visits at FHN offices and at FHN Memorial Hospital, in long-term care facilities, and in the home for those unable to travel to the clinic due to physical disabilities or distressing symptoms.
