Al Shafa Health Care Services provides skilled nursing services in the home.
Private duty home care services include skilled nursing, bath aide, venipunctures, foot care, and adult immunizations.

Emergency Response Service provides a necklace or wristband for assistance at the push of a button; responders and/or emergency personnel available 24 hours every day. $38 one-time installation fee, $30 per month fee. Fee paid if person qualifies for a Medicaid waiver.

Immunization clinic held the 2nd Monday of every month at West View Medical Building, 2319 N. Lincoln Avenue. A $15 donation is requested for children vaccinations 0-18 years. Call for current fee for adult vaccinations. Adult vaccinations include Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, Tetanus, Influenza, meningococcal, and pneumonia.

Homemaker and companionship. Personal in-home assistance with cleaning, cooking, errands, medical, transportation, or companionship.

Services are provided to individuals with rehabilitation needs or chronic health conditions who are residing in their homes and are unable to access Health Care Services in a clinical setting, or could be best served at home. Skilled Registered Nurses provide services, including wound care, medication administration, physical assessments, monitoring vital signs, infusion therapy, catheter care, nutrition assessment, health education and home safety assessments. Social Workers provide case management, counseling and access to community resources. Home Care Aides provide assistance with home management, personal care, meal preparation and laundry.
