Elk Grove Township in a joint venture with Northwest Community Hospital, Palatine Township, and Wheeling Townships, offers preventative and simple restorative dental treatment in a state-of-the-art clinic on wheels. Residents must be financially qualified.
Palatine Township Mobile Dental Clinic provides necessary dental care to community residents in the service area who do not have access to dental care due to financial barriers. To schedule an appointment and to verify that you meet the income and residency qualifications, contact the General Assistance office at (847) 358-6110.
Infant Welfare Society Children's Clinic provides dental health services, including oral examinations, cleanings, fluoride varnish treatments, dental sealants, cavity repair, and extractions. When you can't come to us, we'll come to you. Each year, we visit schools in Chicagoland, providing preventive care to students in pre-K through 12th grade in nearby communities.
Infant Welfare Society Children's Clinic offers two unique outreach programs-the Portable Dentistry Program and Nutrition/Oral Health Presentations-to help children and families understand why healthy practices and behaviors are important.

Wheeling Township Dental Clinic's mission is to provide necessary dental care to residents who do not have access to dental care due to financial barriers. Township residents whose income is below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level may qualify for treatment. There is a $30 charge for each visit. Clients must register at the township, by appointment.
