Lawndale Christian Health Center (LCHC) provides primary care services to adults, including physical exams, vaccinations, anxiety/depression screenings, chronic disease management, and referrals.Please note that specialty care is only available at LCHC's Main Clinic (3860 W Ogden). Specialty care requires being an existing patient of LCHC and a referral from your primary care physician. Specialist services include cardiology, pulmonology, general surgery, orthopedics, ophthalmology, neonatology, radiology, ENT (ear, nose, and throat) and infectious diseases.

PrEP Services provides managed PrEP primary care to patients who may need more assistance taking or managing PrEP. This short-term program provides sexual health and HIV/STI risk reduction education, medical appointment retention, and medication access support to anyone who is eligible at all of the Erie locations. Hepatitis C Services includes medical care, HepC treatment, which can lead to cure of HepC and referrals for specialty care and in-patient care.
