The University of Illinois at Chicago - Office of Applied Psychological Services (OAPS) provides diagnostic assessments for potential conditions related to brain injury, developmental disorders, autism spectrum disorders, or dementia.

Rehabilitation services including medical care by a physiatrist (physical medicine and rehabilitation physician), rehabilitation nursing, occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech language pathology, audiology, clinical psychology, neuropsychology, therapeutic recreation, neuro feedback and medical social services.

Treatment may include emphasis on one or more of the following: medical management, mobility training, activities of daily living, communication skills, cognitive deficits, psychological adjustments, patient/family education, and reintegration into the community.
