Body-centered therapeutic approach that helps individuals recover from trauma and stress by focusing on the body's natural ability to self-regulate.

Guides individuals to become aware of and gently process physical sensations associated with traumatic experiences, rather than solely focusing on the cognitive or emotional aspects. This process helps release trapped survival energy, restore nervous system balance, and alleviate symptoms such as anxiety, hypervigilance, chronic pain, and emotional dysregulation, ultimately promoting healing and resilience.
