Employment services supports the job applicant in refining the tools needed to obtain and maintain employment- employment preparation and job development. Individualized instruction facilitates the matching of interests, skills and experiences with employer needs. Program length is determined by individual need.

EnCircle is a program that trains adults on the Autism Spectrum for jobs in the technology sector and provides job placement assistance. Small groups, hands-on training, modified learning paces, portfolio development, and soft skill readiness are emphasized.
