The purpose of this program is to assist homeless veterans to become employed. Veterans are connected to training and other needed resources. Although the target is homeless veterans, the agency has additional staff who will assist any veteran in obtaining employment.

The Sterling Veteran's Program offers employability training sessions and workshops, one-on-one meetings with an Employment Readiness Specialist, assistance in returning to school or training programs, navigating through available resources, and connection with employers.

These programs for veterans include homeless outreach, housing services, supported employment, peer-driven supports, substance use treatment, integrated physical and mental health services, and trauma-based therapies. Other veterans programs:
Women Veterans Health Initiative- provides a women-only one-stop shop for rapid housing placement, employment and education services, benefits linkage, trauma therapies, substance use treatments, child care resources, primary care, and psychiatry.
Supportive Services for Veteran Families- serves veteran families who are homeless or at risk for imminent homelessness and have very low income (less than 50% area median income). Offers a myriad of services including linkage to VA and public benefits, case management, budgeting assistance, intensive housing location, drug & alcohol counseling, mental health/therapeutic services, and employment assistance.

Veteran Reintegration Counseling
Assists with processing of disability claims through the Department of Veterans Affairs. Also provides the following services:
- Emergency financial assistance
- Survivor spousal benefits
- Burial arrangements
- Upgrading disability status
- Job skill preparation
- Referrals for services
Also offers a monthly pension for when a Veteran or surviving spouse requires the aid of another person for everyday living.
