RCTAA works as a referral conduit and partner with local, state, and federal agencies that support the Military and veteran community. The ten areas that covered include State Benefits, Disabled Veteran Benefits, Education and Training, Employment Assistance, Financial Assistance, Health and Life Insurance, Legal Assistance, Relocation Assistance, Effects of a Career Change, and Physical Mental Health and Well Being.
