Integrated Health Services - North Side Housing and Supportive Services - Administrative Office and Daytime Services Center

North Side Housing and Supportive Services provides on-site medical and mental health services to improve quality of life. It's comprised of HEAP and Clinical Mental Health services. These comprehensive services include, but are not limited to, one-on-one health education, care coordination, gift cards for grocery and one-on-one nutrition counseling, transit passes to medical appointments, and resources and referrals.

Grocery Workers Relief Fund: Current employees of grocery or retail stores with a grocery department with a demonstrated need for financial assistance are eligible to apply. Individuals will only be eligible to receive a gift card of $250 once per year
