Strives to find adoptive families for children and adoptive children for families by providing counseling services to individuals, groups, birth parents, and families.

Planned Parenthood of Illinois provides health services, education, and support related to pregnancy testing, pregnancy planning services along with prenatal and adoption referrals. Pregnancy tests are urine tests. They do not offer blood pregnancy tests. If you choose to continue a pregnancy, they will provide you with a list of resources to help you obtain prenatal care.
