Adoption Coordination and Services - Child Link

Child Link's primary objective is to secure permanent homes for orphaned and abandoned children from infancy to 18 years of age with foster-to-adopt program. They place ten to fifteen children in foster-to-adopt homes with concurrent planning. Child Link also coordinates no fee adoptions to prospective parents following state mandated background checks and home studies.

ADOPTION AND FOSTER CARE SERVICES | OUR CHILDREN'S HOMESTEAD

Provides help for families to adopt children within the foster care system who are unable to return to their family of origin. A child placed in a foster home after six moths of care can become eligible for adoption. Families will receive the support of an Adoption Specialist who will help the family prepare for the transition. The adoption Specialist will also help the family identify any additional resources needed before adoption is completed.
