Kids Above All facilitates permanent adoptive matches for children waiting in foster care. Kids Above All currently has one Wendy's Wonderful Kids recruiter who serves across northern Illinois. Our recruiter works with smaller caseloads, ensuring that they can provide these children with the attention, resources and support they need and find the adoptive families they deserve.
All adoptive families in Illinois, including domestic private, intercountry, foster care adoptions, and subsidized guardianship families can receive free services from the Illinois Adoption Support and Preservation (ASAP) Programs.
