The role of the FSS is to support parent/child interaction, help families understand how to support their child's development, and support overall family well-being. Infant Welfare Society of Evanston - Baby Toddler Nursery and IWSE Administrative Offices provides licensed, supervised childcare during the day while parents or guardians are away or at work. Families enrolled in this service are also offered free diapers.
