Neutral Exchanges: Offers monitored transitions of a child/children from one parent or guardian to the other. The child/children then spend unsupervised time with the other parent or guardian. Supervised Parenting Time: Supervisor monitors all interaction between a parent or guardian and their non-residential child/children. Monitors are present and take notes throughout the entire time. Parenting time can be held on-site at the Springfield office or off-site are locations such as parks, museums, the parent's home, etc.

Apna Ghar, Inc. (Our Home) creates a safe and healing environment for children to interact with visiting parents who have caused harm to the families through the Supervised Visitation and Safe Exchange program. Their trained staff support these parents in repairing relationships with their children. The program also provides a safe location for parents to pick-up and drop-off their children for unsupervised visits.

The supervisor for each visit is an experienced parent educator and makes sure the children are supervised in a safe environment.
