A free statewide, central point of contact and directory for children with disabilities and specialized needs, their families, their service providers and other members of the community. Also connects families to family support services and parent education groups. IFSN provides information and referrals to community-based services through a website, an online searchable resource directory and a toll-free telephone service.

- Outings designed for children with medical needs, as well as their healthy siblings and parents. Activities include crafts, games, sports, and snacks. Also offers activities online via Zoom due to COVID-19.
Bounce it Forward:
- Offers donated tickets for a certain number of families to attend theater/musical event and sports game. Also offers online Meet & Greets with people including athletes, authors, and characters due to COVID-19.
Bounce Back Kits:
- Offers themed family care packages that are distributed during certain holidays or in times of need.
Bounce Academy:
- Offers educational programming for parents/guardians on vital coping skills. Classes are provided virtually and in-person. Topics include:
