Parents Pantry offers newborn and young child clothing, supplies and equipment.
Provides in-home support services to help prepare children under the age of three for preschool. Provides activities and education to ensure the child meets developmental milestones. Also offers monthly group classes for participants, and prenatal classes for pregnant mothers.
Offers home visits by registered nurse or case manager to low-income pregnant women, families with infants up to age one, or high-risk children up to age two. Provides variety of advocacy services, which include: - Medical - Dental - Social Services - Counseling - Health Screenings - Referrals to Community Resources (health care providers, transportation, nutrition, and mental health services)

The Dads’ Program provides one-on-one support to help achieve personal, professional, and parenting goals. The goal is to empower young dads to be the best version of themselves and build strong connections with their families.
Provides education on nutrition, growth and development for pregnant women, maternity and baby equipment and supplies available to class participants.

Earn While You Learn Classes: Pregnancy one-on-one classes, earn baby items after classes.
A prenatal and early childhood home visitation program available to eligible recipients at no charge. Goals of the program are to improve pregnancy outcomes, promote child health and development, and promote maternal life course development. Home visits begin before the 28th week of pregnancy and continue through the first two years of a child's life.
Pregnancy & Parenting Support Services: Provides counseling and case management services to expectant parents experiencing a stressful pregnancy and /or parents of children aged 0 through 2. Services focus on decision making, parenting skills, adoption planning, and stabilizing living situations.

Sinai Chicago offers the Better Birth Outcomes (BBO) program, which provides intensive prenatal case management services to high-risk pregnant women in the Chicago area with higher than average Medicaid costs. The goals of the program are to decrease infant mortality and morbidity, improve pregnancy outcomes, reduce the incidence of prematurity and low birth weight.
CCAC provides free home visitation, support groups, and supportive services to income qualifying pregnant women and parents with children from birth to age three.Families are visited in their home by a parent coach who support parents as their child's first teacher. Parents learn about healthy child development and practice parenting techniques to enhance bonding and family well-being. Pregnant women are provided support and resources as they prepare for the birth of their child.

CCAC provides free case management to income qualifying pregnant women and children under the age of one. Support includes home visiting, referrals to health care, assistance obtaining public benefits, and prenatal and parenting classes.CCAC's Better Birth Outcomes program provides free case management to income qualifying pregnant women residing on the south side of Chicago who are deemed "High Risk."
