Staff is available to train any audience on a wide range of disability awareness topics including (but not limited to): - RAMP Services. - ADA Laws and Regulations. - Disability Etiquette. - Disability Awareness. - Disability Sensitivity. - Accessibility Guidelines.
Provides public education, presentations, and technical assistance for the community to enhance the understanding of sensitivity to issues of disabilities. Also offers ADA and accessibility audits upon request.
Provides various services for individuals with autism and their families, as well as to the community. Services include: - Swim lessons for individuals with autism. - Equine (horse) riding therapy. - Family fun days where autism families can meet. - Law enforcement training for responding to individuals with autism. - Sensory friendly environment where children with autism can meet Santa. - Training for parents and professionals to provide basic information about positive behavior supports for students with autism.
