Personal Training involves one or more regular training sessions with a certified trainer, and is offered as one-on-one, partner, or small-group training sessions. There are multiple available packages to choose from, and each comes with a variety of benefits!
City of Palos Heights Parks & Recreation offers a wide variety of Group Fitness classes, everything from Chair Yoga to Zumba Gold. All participants must be 16 years old (unless noted) and registered for the program.
