City of Palos Heights Parks & Recreation offers a wide variety of Group Fitness classes, everything from Chair Yoga to Zumba Gold. All participants must be 16 years old (unless noted) and registered for the program.

We offer a variety low-cost athletic opportunities such as Zumba, Gymnastics, Karate, Tae Kwon Do, volleyball, and basketball. There is a Shoot the Rock basketball league available for ages 4-10 from January to March.
