Burn Boot Camp - Evanston offers 45-minute specialized cardio and strength workouts in a group setting.

Riverside Township Senior Exercise class meets every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at Noon, and is for Riverside Township residents only. Class is typically an hour long and takes place in the 2nd-floor Auditorium of the Town Hall. Exercise Classes are led by personal fitness trainer, Jerry Owen, Ph.D., PT, CSCS, and are free to attend.
