Urban Warriors is a youth development organization rooted in community, civic engagement, sports, arts, mentorship, and culture. They offer free and low-cost programs that provide young people with safe, structured, and positive opportunities to learn, grow, build confidence, and stay connected to their community. Programs include baseball, all-girls soccer, chess, running club, yoga, camps, mentorship, civic engagement opportunities, and other youth activities. Their programs are designed to remove financial barriers so that cost does not prevent young people from participating. Youth may participate in recreational programs, competitive/travel programs, leadership activities, and community service opportunities.
