Offers a variety of opportunities to socialize virtually and in-person. Includes activities such as bingo, card games, holiday parties, crafts, and bus trips to ball games, theatre events, and other special outings. Also works with professional organizations/individuals who give presentations on a variety of topics of interest to older adults.

Provides events focused on maintaining the health of older adults. Programs and activities include exercise programs, fall awareness presentations, flu shots, medication management, and a wide range of screenings including those for blood pressure, hearing and sight, mental health, and counseling.

Leyden Township hosts the Leyden United Senior Club which meets every 1st Friday of the month.
Jewish seniors who are home-bound or in nursing homes are visited on a regular basis, and rides are provided to ensure they get to doctors' appointments, pick up prescription medicine, and/or go grocery shopping. During Jewish holidays, the Federation provides programming to nursing homes around the area. Companionship and socialization is a priority with the Senior Program.

AgeOptions' Library Program connects suburban Cook County public libraries to the aging network to enhance older adult programming, focus on social isolation, and increase older adults' understanding of the available benefits and services.
MaineStreamers is a social group for seniors. The mission of MaineStreamers is to enhance the quality of life for residents 55 years of age and older by providing educational programs and recreational activities that encourage socialization, learning, independence, self-esteem, and dignity.
Glenview Park District East Wing Senior Center's mission is to enhance the lives of seniors in the community through friendship, knowledge, and recreation. The East Wing offers many opportunities for seniors to be active and intellectually stimulated by developing and nurturing meaningful relationships and participating in activities and outings - all in the company of neighbors. The handicapped-accessible Senior Center welcomes adults 55 years and older.

Village of Harwood Heights offers the Harwood Heights Senior Club which meets on the 2nd and 4th Friday of each month from 10:00 am - 2:00 pm in the Community Center at the Village Hall. Participants can enjoy activities such as lunch, bake sales, and bingo (Bingo costs $1.00 for 3 cards and they play as many games as they can during the time allotted). Seniors needing a ride can call the Village Bus driver at 708-280-7203 to be picked up and dropped off.
LBFE provides a variety of services to individuals aged 70 and older. Services include home visitation, onsite social events and provided activities, home-delivered and onsite meals, food pantry, case management, and intergenerational programs. Services are also available in both English and Spanish.

Village of Forest Park Howard Mohr Community Center provides activities for all Village residents while paying special attention to young children and senior citizens. Support services include a food pantry for temporary emergency relief for residents and Meals on Wheels for residents of any age based on a needs assessment. The Community Center is the home base for many senior activities with day trips scheduled out of the Center every week.

The Chicago Lighthouse's Seniors Program offers complimentary weekly programming for older adults ages 55 and up who are facing vision loss. They develop meaningful and relevant programs based on the needs and interests of participants. Their programs are designed to enhance independence, develop critical skills, and foster a sense of community for seniors who are blind or visually impaired. This program is functioning via telephone programming as well as some in-person programming.
Village of Tinley Park Senior Community Center offers a variety of social events and volunteer opportunities for Tinley Park seniors.

The Golden Circle program promotes senior group outings and encourages interactions with the senior citizen groups of the Greek Orthodox parishes outside the participating church's immediate area.
Memorial Park District sponsors two membership-based Senior Clubs.
Village of Hillsdale Hillside Senior Club meets every Friday at noon at the Community Center. The Senior Club enjoys one-day trips, dinners, parties, and a host of other activities.
Gail Borden Public Library District offers a casual social setting where active older adults, caregivers, and/or those living with dementia or other chronic conditions can enjoy time together, learn a tech skill, and volunteer to complete a craft to take home or make for nursing home residents.
Encourages members to remain active in their community and to set an example for future seniors as to how to enjoy this very special time of life.
Village of South Chicago Heights Nifty Over Fifty Club is open to anyone over 50 years old and meets on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month (excluding January and February) at 6 p.m. at the South Chicago Heights Senior Center on the corner of Sauk Trail and Enterprise Park. The club offers an opportunity to make new friends and see old friends as well. Refreshments are served, and Bingo is played. Special events are also planned.

Golden Age Club allows CMAA the opportunity to promote the well-being of Lao and other Asian seniors living in Elgin. Recognizing that a strong indicator of longevity for the elderly is social connectedness, the Golden Age Club promotes senior citizens' well-being by offering opportunities for seniors to interact with one another on a regular basis. Seniors engage in a variety of activities including field trips, lunch and learns, arts and crafts, dancing, sewing/ knitting, and civic engagement.
