Provides adults with developmental disabilities the opportunity to volunteer either on site or at other locations throughout the area. Activities may include cleaning glasses, organizing donations, delivering meals, organizing/cleaning shelves, working in a store or other activities.

The Macon County Community Volunteer Corps is a group dedicated to emergency response to a public health emergency. The CVC is affiliated with the Macon County Health Department, and trains and exercises for mass vaccinations during a public health outbreak, assists with public health education, and partners with the Red Cross for shelter training. The CVC screens volunteer applicants, provides training at no cost. With its affiliation with Macon County Health Department, the CVC provides volunteer opportunities at local and state levels.
Braille Transcription Service: Recruits volunteers and train them to transcribe Braille, make thermoformed copies, tactile graphics, scanning, embossing, filing and bind Braille books.
