The dialectical behavior therapy skills group is for teens struggling with intense fluctuating moods, unhealthy coping skills, and distress with their romantic, familial, and peer relationships. The goal of the group is to help the participants be more self-aware, appropriately manage their emotions, tolerate distressful situations, and increase their interpersonal skills.
