Provides individual and group counseling services for Veterans, service members and their families who are experiencing PTSD, depression, anger or trauma.
Counseling, also known as therapy, is one of the simplest ways to achieve a happier, healthier you. When you meet with a clinician for counseling, you will have the opportunity to speak openly about any challenges you may be having. Together, you and your counselor will work to build a plan and identify the tools to help you tackle any issues and get you back to being your full self.
Provides one-on-one counseling with licensed counselor or provisionally licensed counselor to individuals, couples and families. Sessions run 50 minutes to one hour in length.
Provides many types of mental health counseling, including the following: individual therapy for all ages group therapy family therapy marriage and relationship therapy Counseling includes therapy sessions for depression, grief and loss, anxiety, adjustment, substance abuse, family relationship problems, and a variety of other mental health problems and behavioral issues.

Short-term outpatient mental health services for people experiencing mental health problems causing acute and/or moderate disruptions in the life of the individual or their family. The outpatient program serves youth, adults, the elderly, persons struggling with severe and persistent mental illness and persons recently discharged from inpatient mental health treatment. Services include planning for aftercare or referral as needed; individual, group and family therapy; and after-hours emergency, on-call access to therapists for crisis intervention.

Provides 24 hour on-call and in-person crisis services for youth in Polk County. Crisis Responders provide assessments, interventions, and stabilization services in a public or community location for youth (ages 17 and under) who are experiencing crises such as: suicide ideation, substance use disorders, exposure to violence, and other behavioral and mental health situations.
