988 is staffed with a professionally trained call center to assist those struggling with suicidal thoughts, providing a space for those in crisis to confidentially explain their thoughts, create a safety plan, and possibly find further professional help.

Offers a recovery hotline open to anyone needing substance abuse support resources and services.

Sexual Assault & Family Emergencies (SAFE) is a sexual assault and rape crisis center. Services include:
- 24-hour hotline
- Medical/legal advocacy
- Short and long term individual counseling and group therapy
- Educational programs for schools and the community on awareness, body safety, bullying, dating violence, and internet safety

SASS provides the following services for children and youth:

-- Crisis intervention.

-- Short-term stabilization where a child is at risk of self-harm, or harming others.

-- Individual and family psychotherapy/counseling.

-- Mental health assessment.

-- Case management and resource linkage assistance.

-- Psychiatric services.

Offers medical and legal advocacy. Confidential, around-the-clock legal and medical advocacy is available for survivors and their families.

Medical Advocacy: Clove Alliance advocates are always available to support survivors, their families, and friends during a visit to the emergency room for a medical examination or evidence collection. Advocates can also accompany clients to any follow-up medical appointments, help them receive reimbursement for medical costs associated with the crime, and answer questions on the following:

- Medical exams.

- Evidence collection (rape kit).

- Sexually transmitted infections (STIs/STDs).

- Pregnancy and emergency contraception.

- Medications.

- Follow-up medical care.

- Crime Victims Compensation through the Illinois Attorney General's Office.

- Referrals.

- Sexual Assault Nurse Examiners (SANE).

Legal Advocacy, Clove Alliance staff advocates walk with survivors through the police and courtroom procedures, maintain an awareness of the status of each

Provides a safe haven through crisis care for children at risk of abuse or neglect. Assists stressed and in-need families facing an unexpected crisis caused by illness, substance abuse, domestic violence, homelessness, and other issues that can overwhelm a parent.

Specialized staff provide nurturing and attentive care to children (ages 0-6). Staff work with the parents or caregivers to help them through the crisis that led them to the Crisis Nursery. The Crisis Nursery Hotline provides telephone support to families who are dealing with a crisis. If a parent needs advice on how to soothe their baby, reassurance they are doing all they can, or even just someone to talk to during a stressful time, they are encouraged to call.

Provides limited diapers and related supplies.

Crisis team (Engagement Specialist and Crisis Counselor) provide mobile crisis response.

On-site counseling.

Mental health evaluation.

Assess the need for psychiatric hospitalization.

Rape crisis center services are available via the hotline. Sexual assault program services include:

The YWCA also provides information and referral and extensive community education programs for:

-- Helping school children learn how to stay safe from abuse and how to report it

-- Helping schools work against bullying

-- Healthy Relationships groups for high school students

-- Providing professional training on sexual harassment, sexual assault issues, and many related topics

Provides 24-hour hotline and domestic violence program services that include:

Provides a 24-hour crisis response and intervention program for youth ages 11-17. The CCBYS team talks with youth and their families to understand the challenges at home. They work quickly to make sure everyone is safe and then make a plan to support the whole family. CCBYS can help with youth in crisis, youth at risk of involvement with DCFS, and youth at risk of involvement in the juvenile justice system. Call for youth who are locked out and their parents will not allow them to return, a youth beyond the control of their parents and in immediate physical danger, a run-away, or a homeless youth without their parents.

Provides free and confidential sexual assault/abuse and crime victim services to anyone that has been sexually assaulted/abused. Off-site/out-of-office services provided include trauma-informed services, counseling/therapy, legal advocacy, medical advocacy, social services and basic needs advocacy/case management, safety planning, 24/7 crisis helplines, and 24/7 crisis intervention at hospitals/law enforcement. Service plans based upon services client wants to receive.

Telehealth is provided for those that need, or would like it.

Provides a variety of domestic violence services, including a 24/7 domestic violence hotline, domestic violence shelters for individuals and families, legal advocacy for domestic violence, assistance with obtaining and filing orders of protection, and domestic violence counseling services.

Supports individuals during times of crisis through confidential conversions.

Answered 24 hours a day by a trained domestic abuse advocate who provides support and explains options to individuals experiencing any type of abuse from a current or former partner.
