Offers hair, saliva, oral fluid-based, and urine drug testing.
Provides DUI (Driving Under Influence) assessment and treatment services for individuals who have been charged with a DUI offense. Evaluators answer questions related to the DUI charge and helps the offender navigate through the court process.
A program for individuals who have received a DUI that uses an assessment tool, interview and evaluation to determine required treatment and education needs.
Clinic also provides certified medical exams and drug screens for DOT.
Provides a variety of out-patient substance abuse treatment for adults.
Provides behavioral health services for individuals age 5 to adult. Services include behavioral health screening and counseling, crisis intervention, medication management, and substance abuse screening/counseling.

Provides substance abuse treatment services and counseling to those working to break an addiction. Services are based on an integrated model of treatment and utilize a multi-disciplinary, patient centered team approach to care.

Medication-Assisted Treatment is also provides to adults with an opioid or alcohol use disorder.

Services are organized around individual assessment in partnership with our customers to best meet their needs.
Provide outpatient therapy, outpatient psychiatry, psychiatric evaluations, group therapy to children and adults for individual, group, marital, and play therapy. Substance abuse counseling is also available as well as some support groups.

Offers behavioral health and psychiatry services to any adult in need. Services include individual therapy, adult couple therapy, substance use disorder services/addiction treatment, crisis services, assertive community treatment (ACT), intensive psychiatric rehabilitation, community based services, care team, wraparound services, and Mobile Crisis Response Team.

DUI Risk Education/DUI Evaluation Services: Designed to help individuals explore their own use of substances and better understand the impact of those substances on their behaviors and driving skills.

Intensive Outpatient Program for Addictions: Age-segregated 12-week group counseling program for individuals with alcohol/substance abuse issues.

Cook County Health's Bridge Clinic acts as an urgent care clinic for those struggling with opioid and/or alcohol use. The Bridge Clinic provides rapid access to treatment without judgment.Common examples of opioids include heroin and prescription pills like oxycodone (Percocet, OxyContin), hydrocodone (Vicodin), codeine, fentanyl, and morphine.

Hamdard Center for Health and Human Services with a staff of fully trained and licensed counselors, social workers, clinical psychologists, and psychiatrists are able to provide culturally sensitive mental health services to individuals of all ages.
