Illinois Tobacco Quitline: Helps people who want to quit smoking, but may not be able to attend a regular smoking cessation class. Specially trained registered nurses and respiratory therapists are available to counsel callers.
Seven week eight session Smoking Cessation Program available to everyone. Free one-on-one Freedom from Smoking programs are also available and additional group classes will also be offered free of charge.
Great American Smokeout: A public awareness and educational campaign designed to encourage smokers to quit for one day, potentially starting a smoke-free life.

Smoking/Vaping Cessation
- Livingston County residents who call the Illinois Tobacco Quitline can receive tobacco cessation counseling and nicotine replacement products if eligible. - Callers talk to a Quitline counselor, who will review the caller's tobacco use and help them determine if the program is right for them. - Courage to Quit classes.
Provides smoking cessation services in collaboration with the Illinois Department of Public Health & Illinois American Lung Association. Nicotine Replacement Therapy is included for those who do not have insurance that covers them.
