Deerfield Public Library offers eight study rooms available for private study or small groups. Two are located in the Youth Services department and six are located in the Adult Services department. The rooms are free of charge. Three study rooms accommodate two patrons, four rooms accommodate four patrons, and one room accommodates up to six patrons.

West Side Forward offers convenient community meeting space at the Technology Elevation Center (TEC 4950). This tech space on the West Side of Chicago was built for makers, techies, and everyone who wants access to innovative technologies to accelerate their businesses and careers. Great space for local entrepreneurs, businesses, and community organizations to host meetings, professional development workshops, training, and informational gatherings.

Lemont Public Library District has Collaboration Studios (5-person maximum), a Learning Center (20-person maximum), and an Event Space (55-person maximum) available for rental use by the public.

Village of Forest Park Howard Mohr Community Center provides activities for all Village residents while paying special attention to young children and senior citizens. Support services include a food pantry for temporary emergency relief for residents and Meals on Wheels for residents of any age based on a needs assessment. The Community Center is the home base for many senior activities with day trips scheduled out of the Center every week.

Flossmoor Public Library has two meeting rooms available to non-profit community groups and organizations who reside in Flossmoor. Applicants must possess a Flossmoor Library card. All meetings are open to the general public. No admission can be charged and nothing may be sold.

Greater Auburn-Gresham Development Corporation offers the Bears Community Room and Bears Teaching Kitchen at 839 Healthy Hub for use by businesses and non-profit community organizations at a nominal fee. The main purpose of the rooms is to provide a clean, safe, and professional environment for organizations to host their meetings and small gatherings of up to 75 attendees.

Skokie Public Library has 18 study rooms for adults and teens on the library's second floor, five study rooms for kids in the Kids Room, and three study rooms for teens in the Teen Room. Room capacities range from one to six people, depending on the room size. Study rooms can be booked up to a week in advance and patrons can reserve one 2-hour block per 24 hours. Patrons agree to comply with the library's procedures and policies and to treat all people and property with respect. The library reserves the right to cancel reservations for any reason.

Bartlett Public Library District provides a variety of meeting and study spaces available for reservations by library card holders.

Wilmette Public Library offers four study rooms on the second floor that are available to reserve up to a week in advance. Each study room seats up to four people. The library also offers two large meeting spaces that are available for rent with a Wilmette Public Library card.

Arlington Heights Memorial Library provides access to conference rooms, a DIY space called The Studio, and the library's Hendrickson Room for use by patrons.

Niles Township's Lee Tamraz All Purpose Room is available for community members to use for meetings or private gatherings. The space features handicap accessibility, a half kitchen, 6 rectangle tables, 4 round tables, 50 folding chairs, and WiFi. TV monitors are also available for presentations. Night events must be approved.
