The Kroc Senior Center provides activities and events on a daily basis to ensure that mature adults are kept actively involved, engaged and aware of available senior services, events and activities (i.e.-field trips, musical performances, stage plays, arts & crafts, educational workshops and other social events).Information about health care and senior-related resources is provided to improve emotional, physical, social, cultural, and spiritual growth in a safe, fun, and relaxing environment to enhance their quality of life and spiritual well-being.A number of these activities are: Aqua Fit, Gospel-aerobics, Zumba, Tai Chi, Senior Fitness, Line Dance Classes and Walking Club as well as Art, Photography and other educational classes.
The Mission of the Western Springs Senior Center is to develop a cultural, educational, and supportive environment for all senior residents (and non-residents) of Western Springs.

Tinley Park Park District offers a diversified recreational program for mature adults age 55 and over. Members of the Senior Drop-In Center are invited to participate in many interesting activities. Some of these activities include bingo, playing cards, luncheons, workshops, and special events. Please note: Participants at the Drop-In should be self-maintained, as no medical services are available on site.
Orland Township offers a variety of programs to assist seniors in everyday life. The Minor Home Repair Program, Senior Transportation Program, RTA Senior Ride Free Program Registration, S.H.I.P. (Senior Health Insurance Program) Counselors, Luncheons, and Dinner Dances. Senior Services also hosts Drop-In, where the Orland Township Activity Center opens on Thursdays and Fridays from 9:00am to 2:00pm for residents to play cards and bingo and enjoy refreshments. Call or visit the website for specific information by program.Senior Services also provides applications for Free Amplified Phone Program and Cell Phones for Seniors Program, in partnership with Cook County Sheriff Tom Dart's office.
