The Survivor Repair Fund is fully sustained by the community, and 100% of donations go directly to survivors. This mutual aid fund has moved more than $60,000 directly to survivors since 2020 to help with necessary costs like emergency housing, groceries and medical costs, transportation, rent, and utilities.
ELLAS is a community of volunteers that create a supportive environment for Latina women who are breast cancer survivors.

Provides financial assistance to individuals with disabilities and the agencies that serve them in Jo Daviess. The foundation requires the submission of grant applications in order to disburse funds. Immediate need funding requests may be submitted directly to the Executive Director or the Grant/Gifting Chair of the Hope Foundation of Jo Daviess County.

Requests for grants must be related, but not limited to:

- Health.

- Housing.

- Transportation.

- Education.

- Employment.

- Assists individuals, businesses, and other non-profit organizations to establish permanent endowment and temporary funds, through gifts and bequests, within the confines of one large foundation.

- Foundation funds are used to provide grants to non-profit organizations and scholarships to students within the Fox River Valley, including the Greater Aurora Area and the Tri-Cities.

Provides funding for human service agencies in South Central Illinois.

Encourages local philanthropy to meet local needs.

Foundation has more than 200 component funds for individuals, families, and non-profit organizations.

Funds include endowments, scholarships, agency and project funds, and donor advised funds. Foundation is working to build strong field of interest endowments in five

- Arts and culture.

- Health and wellness.

-Education.

- Youth.

- Environment. - Jewish education and life.

Provides classroom, program and technological grants, among others.

Offers two scholarships:

- Charles J. Marshall Scholarship - Based on scholastic achievement, participation in school or civic activities.

- 301 Central Education Foundation Scholarship - Based on scholastic achievement, participation in community or school service, and demonstration of leadership in the community or district schools.

Offers free books to children age 0-5.

Community Mental Health Funding Alliance and the local mental health authority in the south Kane County area. INC is a unique partnership of seven township community mental health 708 boards. After passing a referendum for collection of a mental health tax, each township levies this tax upon recommendation of their 708 board. The levies are combined to maximize planning and funding for the residents in all seven townships for mental health, developmental disability, and substance abuse services.

Provides a philanthropic organization that provides financial support to qualifying organizations that are devoted to education, economic growth, and community development.

Does not provide direct services but offers 2-1-1 Information and Referral line, administers the Sprout Into Reading program and the Community Clothes Closet through our Women United group, and offers a free online volunteer portal, matching community members with nonprofits who have volunteer needs. Also offers support to local Community Volunteers Active in Disaster (COAD).

The Eliezer program may be able to provide financial assistance for church workers and missionaries who have 20 years full time or 30 years part time, paid or non-paid service in pastoral or lay ministry. Also assists with needs such as medications, private duty, durable medical equipment, or nutritional supplements and more. Award amounts vary depending on the types of services needed.
United Way advances the common good by creating opportunities for all, focus is on education, income and health the building blocks for a good quality of life and a strong community.
Connects young people to the job training and certified skills that lead to stable, long-term employment.
National health agency dedicated to find a cure for cancer. Provides support through research, prevention, early detection education and legislative efforts for early detection and quality of life for those with cancer.
