Inspections of the private sewage disposal system upon request from buyer, seller, or real estate company. Inspectors must have a Time of Transfer Certification from the Iowa Department of Natural Resources (contact Health Department for list of inspectors). Private contractors can provide this service also.

Provides the contracted services of International Codes Consultants and Inspections, Inc. (ICCI) to meet the building needs of our community. Applications for Building Permits may be obtained from the Village Hall during regular business hours. For convenience, there is an envelope with blank application for permits secured to the front door of the Village Hall.
