BCA Hub Youth and Resource Center provides youth, babies, and children with essential items in high demand during emergencies or disasters. Items include but are not limited to diapers, wipes, baby food, hygiene kits, clothes, toys, and baby gear.

This program provides assistance for those suffering due to a natural disaster such as a fire, tornado, or flood. Emergency disaster service workers are always trained with the most current techniques, classes, and equipment for any type of disaster. Provides long term relief that aids with rebuilding, grief/spiritual guidance, donation distribution, and social services.

The Salvation Army's disaster relief program consists of several basic services, addressing many of the typical needs of a disaster survivor. Services are adapted to the specific needs of individuals and communities and scalable according to the magnitude of the disaster.

Provides the following Emergency Disaster Services, disaster information, meals and beverages to first responders and survivors in the immediate aftermath and recovery phases of disaster, food boxes, clothing, emergency supplies during prolonged disaster recovery, shelter for survivors of more severe disasters, assistance to survivors in navigating disaster social services to address essential needs, medical expenses, insurance processes, and more and spiritual comfort and emotional support upon request to survivors and emergency workers.

Responds to victims of fire, flood, and/or tornado in Aurora by providing emergency food, water, cleaning supplies, clothing, housing referral and vouchers, counseling, and casework. Operates an emergency disaster canteen and a mobile feeding unit during massive disasters.

Relief services in response to disasters.

Provides 24-hour emergency relief to individuals and families affected by disasters such as house fires, earthquakes, floods, tornados, etc. Educates people in how to prevent, prepare for, and respond to emergencies. Health and Safety Services offer courses in first aid, CPR, child-care, nurse assistant training, babysitting, swimming-life guarding and more on a regular basis. Courses and training are offered at the Chapter facilities or can be arranged at different localities for businesses and groups. Blood Services collects blood donations and supplies safe blood and blood products to local healthcare providers. Also offers various types of volunteering opportunities for adults and youth.
Provides clothing to families faced with emergencies, such as fire, etc., through the thrift shop.

Provides direct emergency assistance to customers affected by a disaster beyond their control to meet basic needs. Basic needs includes food, personal care items, and temporary or permanent housing assistance.
